when attempt open .indd file file not open , creates 1000's of temp file in foldere files resides. indesign open however. has started happening. operating system?   how open file? happen files? can create new file , save it? reopen?   where files stored?   does happen if create new user account , log in on that? first time tried install ubuntu, crashed @ end of installer. tried installing again, , installation worked, crashed opened terminal. system specs: - asus p8h61-mlx motherboard - intel i5 2400 processor - ati radeon hd 6670 - fresh ubuntu install here's picture of crash message: http://twitpic.com/7coz0z/full ideas? i'm doing memory test memtest86+ @ moment. it's 49% 0 errors far. i'm not sure can of help, i've had similar problems when trying install new version of linux. using live cd? try burning cd again, on slowest write speed - there errors on cd can cause errors during installation , shortly after. using slowest write speed prevents these. or maybe try installing usb. you're not upgrading older version you? in experience upgrades can far more problematic fresh installs. if doesn't work try older version (10.04 stable), might have more luck , suppo...

i doing clean install of win 8 on computer. need unregister pse 10, can re-install on win 8 system? you can deactivate menu not uninstall. ideally when upgrading should work, in case does`nt work can uninstall , re-install , activate again help->product registration.   make sure have serial number , install dvd of pse10 in case need install again.   thanks, garry More discussions in Photoshop Elements adobe

hello all, having strange issues hard me figure out don't use premiere much. working on project requires me use premiere , why have started have issue. editing canon .mov footage , works fine , responsive. feels different amounts of time each time lets after 30 min. of things going smoothly happens , no longer playback work. can grab playback head in timeline , move , doesn't change video in playback monitor. playback monitor frozen on last display when issue happened. every other aspect of program appears working , can go in , save project. can enter preferences , change things , side effect noticed after exiting preferences there parts of menu screen frozen on over preview , playback monitors are. if close program turns white , freezes there no matter how long leave it. have force close @ point.   if helps working on i7 980x 24gb ram. nvidia quadro 4000 card. os on ssd on sata 6g port footage being on separate ssd on sata 6g port. have raid 10 don't typically run footage ...
