i tried open zip file , selected adobe mistake try opening it. file labeled pdf , cannot rid of adobe association. obtained winzip cannot use it. windows 7 evidently not allow mistakes. tried deleting file , downloading again file seems permanently labeled being adobe pdf. suggestions, please. try this.   click on "start". type "command" in search box near bottom you'll see "command prompt" pop up. right-click on , choose "run administrator" in command prompt window type "assoc .zip=compressedfolder" (without quotes of course)   that should reassociate file not use reader. i use ie win 09 vista home premium edition. have downloaded latest version of flash, java, cleared cache, run advanced system care program. thing confuses me lap acting same?? i've followed thru on programs in adobe. @ loss now. can help? we're in same boat except been there first. mean time try downloading , install google chrome browser has it's own integrated adobe flash player. wait adobe new version 12 or because ie9 has nice chrome don't have. used both browser check web pages uploaded. i'm pretty sure you'll enjoy games , movies chrome. ciao!    tried several times download new adobe flash player -- followed simple instructions letter. adobe starts download, prompted close internet explorer in order continue. close it, , doesn't continue! help!               i'd recommend opening task manager in windows , looking entries titled iexplorer.exe in process tab.  right click each entry found , select "end task".  once of them closed, installer should continue (or can try restarting it.) hola, soy nuevo en incopy, voy plantearos una de tantas dudas que tengo, espero que me podais echar un cable   intento copiar desde word incopy pero no consigo que se copie el formato de texto, me da la impresión que el documento incopy en el que estoy trabajando tiene "bloqueado" el formato, y en cuanto intento pegar algo sobre el, automaticamente me cambia el formato que tenía en word al formato nativo de ese documento.   está bien que esté bloqueado el formato ya que realmente es ese tipo y tamaño de letra que se va usar, pero el problema está en que al pegar de word incopy las negritas y cursivas las omite.   como podría hacer para copiar desde word ese documento de incopy y conservar las negritas y cursivas?   uso windows 7 e incopy 5.0   un saludo y mil gracias   fran no se debe utilizar copiar y pegar desde msword© incopy o indesign porque se pierden los atributos como has comprobado y posiblemente otras características y elementos.   lo más sencillo es que desde inc

i running lr4.3 on vista 32 bit system. have new toshiba external drive has been storing work lightroom. has been working great until last night. working on photos , of sudden banner came across top saying photos missing or offline , folder missing. external drive still plugged in not lit up. unplugged , shut down (multiple times) drive has disappeared selectable drives on left hand side. can access external drive through windows , photos there lr4.3 not see it. how can lr see drive again? are images still visible?  if are, right click on 1 of images , choose option go folder in library.  bring drive back.  has letter external drive been changed? i downloaded latest version iso file , tried burn on cd nero gives me error.i tired using power iso. burned 1 cd not boot cd. tried using wupi.exe also. no luck. i'd run using cd before install on hd pc intel p4 xp service pack 2.any please which installation version did download? desktop version, alternate version...? if have desktop version, should have live cd available, boot cd first when turning on computer. might want download again, since seems iso might corrupted somehow if it's giving burn errors. buenos días y espero esten bien. utilizo joomla 3.6.4 y la plantilla protostar. tengo un menu principal y lo puse en un módulo para mostrarlo y en las opciones avanzadas de ese menú en el apartado "avanzado - clase css " coloque el código nav-pills y funciona bien. sin embargo, cuando utilizo un separador de menú como item de menu raíz para crear otros submenus, el estilo se pierde y queda en negrilla, adjunto captura de pantalla. quisiera saber si aparte de aplicar el codigo css nav-pills debe aplicarse otra cosa para que el separador no pierda el estilo y tenga el aspecto de los otros items de menu. gracias por su ayuda. under compiz there discrepancy in how windows show in expo workspaces , how same windows show (or don’t show up) in xfce's workspaces in panel. compare this image this image . xfce workspaces behave broken when compiz running. how resolve this? experienced glitch in natty. thought upgrading oneiric fix didn’t since these pics taken running xubuntu 11.10. also, how go uninstalling compiz 0.9.x (development release) , installing 0.8.8 (stable release)? compiz workspaces work different standard workspaces xfce or gnome 2 or lxde or kde. there discrepancy between workspace applet , compiz. in case in particular, seems problem external monitors. see similar stuff when use xfce xfwm4 (i.e. no compiz), such discrepancy when switch between different monitors. can try restart workspace applet, other don't have solution. when using smart guides in illustrator cs6 problem makes me nervous.   when select point, handles appear. when move next handle top label appear. not appear, appear. terrible. - i t might be nice when labels appear, when next handle top or next anchor point. because know, when label appear, can work concrete handle, or point. i know, depends of snapping tolerance, can set in preferences. when snapping tolerance high, unpleasant draw anything. when snapping tollerance high can draw objects on a4 leter usual, lines , handles attached anytime when not want.   when not use smart guides unpleasant draw lines too. grab handle when want, fail.   i think it may a good solution if you fix it so that the snapping tollerance lower, labels will appear sooner and reliably .   i illustrator, indesign , photoshop. reason, why illustrator makes me crazy, when work there. thanks More discussions in Illustrator adobe

hello, bought asus 6450 put in desktop machine , work fine until after grub , first purple screen comes up. after screen static. i'm not sure if that's proper term attached pic. tried running live off cd , same thing happens. found 10.04 cd , ran live , worked fine, @ least enough boot up. i'm running 11.10 hooked older acer lcd monitor using vga connection. card 1 replace radeon 9800 worked fine. suggestions? attached images 2011-11-05 18.28.25.jpg (57.4 kb, 0 views) i solved problem installing drivers before removing 9800. i have sack of themes/templates 1 of websites sells either single themes or subscription access lot, , have "quickstart" packs, set demo is, can pick , go , edit around base have created demo. these done replicating same behaviour fresh joomla 3 copy theme/template installed take time... lot. trouble is, of quickstart packs joomla 2.5. wasn't problem until ran php upgrade on linux vps running cpanel... i've tried installing quickpack, have 3 errors iconv_set_encoding functions/depreciated functions , cannot past first language step of installer @ all. i use these quickstart packs save significant amount of time on large batch work/multiple sites. must make clear have every intention upgrade 3 - thankfully in previous cases, nothing changes in such upgrade , front end looks same 2.5 is there way still able use 2.5 (to install packs), or have accept fact 2.5 gone , outdated , deal it? thanks groovybluedog wrote: this wasn't problem until ran php upgrade on linux v
