Adobe Presenter 8 interactions don't work when published to Connect?

the inserted audio or image files missing content sections of interactions. accordian & process tabs, screen goes blank , locks online presentation when last button clicked. other options, such circle matrix don't lock presentation, inserted audio & image files missing. have windows 7 (64-bit), powerpoint 2010 (32-bit). presenter latest 32-bit version. using ie 8 view published content.

this known issue. audio , images in interactions not play when content published connect.

however plays when same content shared in meeting on connect.

the issue has been fixed in presenter 8.1.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
