i transferred mаcbook pro macbook air using migration assistant. when started elements first time on mbair, said wrong installed elements , should reinstall. first used air's ability use computer's dvd drive (it has none itself). installer failed. used outboard usb dvd drive, installer failed again. deleted elements on new computer , tried install again using disk in usb drive. failed. if there there can help, i'd appreciate it! you've posted on 'digital editions' subforum mistake.  try forum elements.   luck more info there. for time i've been looking feed reader podcast support (which includes downloading system). main gripe liferea downloaded files aren't accessed after downloading. can't double-click on file name in liferea open it, have go nautilus (oh humanity, has click 3 more times...). problem liferea news reader, , podcast support nothing more attachment downloading. can't assign each podcast different folder (at least not achieve it). i've used rhythmbox before this, stopped using because couldn't show notes of podcasts, because rhythmbox has tag-reading issues other files (unrelated podcasts, not relevant here). time being, i'm using gpodder, like, still, having 2 programs same doesn't seem logical me, since of podcast feeds follow publish posts without files in-between 'casts. if had news feed support, , i'd out of trouble... saw songbird, , thought that, if couldn't combine feed reader , podcatcher, @ least podcatc

hi all, i have historic documents (german , english) want ocr text searchable *without* changing appearance. i've tried previous versions of acrobat did not quite work , thought give acrobat xi (windows 7) try. i use "searchable image" in correct language ("clearscan" , "exact" not useful here). ocr'ed text in hidden layer. since old-fashioned font used, ocr result expectedly faulty. need correct results problems arise. little sub-menu allows me "problem areas" marked in red. individual entries can corrected 1 one. however, these changes not seem transferred hidden layer. evident either trying search term (ctrl f), or exporting word. both yield original, not corrected, ocr result. second problem: once mark problem area solved, there no way access word, other starting on again. third problem: keyboard shortcuts in submenu don't work. improving scan quality no solution because older characters have no equivalent anyway. the solution see

hi seem having excess server memory , cpu usage few days after upgrading 3.6.4 3.6.5 else report if same situation? we have dedicated server know our main joomla 3.6.5 thats main site . might coincidence though. we have lots of modsecurity rule failures , site getting overloaded. i not related update, more of coincidence. changed files in joomla 3.6.5 (from 3.6.4) handful , none of changes can cause performance issues. it might website experiencing holiday traffic or might it's under attack or might hacked. have checked access server logs unusual? also, modsecurity rules being triggered? can post lines modsec log here? hi folks, some wishful thinking here there way of transferring content files new site? existing site has been hacked , client has decided have me build new site, same design, have manually input content client has added site? regards if existing site has been hacked, not advisable transfer files infected or unwanted files may in system. what take exported copy of existing database , copy , paste content that. reason being content (e.g., articles stored in database). as building site scratch, make sure use latest version of joomla!
