Elements v.9 is not transferring or installing on MacBook Air

i transferred mаcbook pro macbook air using migration assistant. when started elements first time on mbair, said wrong installed elements , should reinstall. first used air's ability use computer's dvd drive (it has none itself). installer failed. used outboard usb dvd drive, installer failed again. deleted elements on new computer , tried install again using disk in usb drive. failed. if there there can help, i'd appreciate it!

you've posted on 'digital editions' subforum mistake.  try forum elements.   luck more info there.

Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
