trying install cs6 on vista. know it's not supported expected @ least install. during configuration, progress bar stops reverses program backs out. no errors or messages displayed. command window display press key continue, after window closes.   tried using adobe cleaner provides option clean , don't want cs5 install wiped out.   thanks,   randy try running administrator. dear all the position field in modules has gone deactivated. using yeasturday , worked normal. to more precise: field can not written anymore. there drop-down caption "select option". dropdown inactive , looks diffrent other dropdowns. next right there link "select". following it, takes list of positions. inactive too. so no chance of entering position anymore. applyes modules have. i did update 3.6.4. possibly bug? i'm not sure, think working after update. any ideas? chris try clearing browser's cache, close browser, open it, , see happens joomla! backend. i'm playing footage shot on red scarlet. shot 4k @ 25p, other stuff shot @ 2k 120p, , 3k 48p. when import clips premiere pro 6.0.2 come in 25p files. when try slow higher frame rate files on timeline play if shot @ 25p. jerky. tried create new sequence higher frame rate (and matching resolution), 30 fps highest option. weird thing seem play in smooth slow-mo in viewer only. can please instruct me on how work various red raw files in same project? i have photshop 5.  when opened today, every photo clicked on had red icon on bottom , said not find file.  never happened before.  what's up sounds have photoshop elements, since photoshop doesn't have @ bottom.   the red icon means file not found, see if can right click on 1 of files , see if there menu option view in explorer or finder depending on os.   this should give location of file. happen if images stored on external drive turned off or disconnected, or moved files new location. , worst scenario file corrupted or deleted. deleted file might recovered if nothing saved on over drive, corrupted files there isn't can done. hi, running ps cs6 x64.  pc details are windows 8 professional 64bit lga2011 i7 3820 32gb ram quad channel nvidia gtx560ti several hdd's, scratch disk 2 disk stripe set master suite cs6 , lr 4.3   all adobe software date running latest nvidia drivers   up until photoshop has been running ok.  on past week or so, when have file open, size , number of layers don't seem make difference, performance gradually decreases point using pen tool create 2 anchor point can take anywhere 20 seconds; example, kind of slow down or lag happens tools. shutting down photoshop , restarting works, after few minutes starts slow down again.  time taken save files increases once slowdown starts   actions taken far... i have reset tool pre-sets deleted photoshop settings files purged history etc. confirmed drivers , software date replicated problem on small , large files 2 - 30 layers replicated problem on existing psd , psb files new raw files. tried loading images lightroom , directly within photosh
