Escalation process ticket system for joomla 3.5.1 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i integrating ticket in joomla 3.5.1 using os ticket , os_sticky bridge not supporting knowledge base , escalation system . escalation system like: suppose 6 admins administers 5 products 1 ticket customer registered admin 'a' after 48 hrs responded , escalated admin 'b', , same after 48 hrs escalated 'c' , on . escalated 'super admin'. , super admin assigns admin solve issue. there ticket system available escalation system?
