hi,   i've done version of scripts can change properties of paragraph styles, in paragraph group.   here's script:   tell application "adobe indesign cs6"            set properties of all paragraph styles of active document   to { justification : left align } end tell   simple, right? now i'm trying figure out how can change above properties paragraph styles justified (either left, center, or right). gets complicated. i've tried doing repeat block , go though paragraph styles, when want edit properties, since majority in paragraph groups, can't them without naming groups. gets tedious fast try sort out.   anybody has better way this? or has done this?   tia jeff More discussions in InDesign Scripting adobe

running ubuntu 11.04, installed xubuntu-desktop avoid unity. under ubuntu/gnome menus, had sorted applications different sub folders. example, had games menu split different sub folders different kinds of games. when moved xubuntu, lost of that, , of ended in "other" menu. can rebuild same structure again, create needed folders, move each application correct folder 1 @ time. but, hoping there simpler way this. there way directly copy old ubuntu/gnome menu structure xubuntu/xfce menus? thanks! i curious, i've been setting , trying out new systems , have same question. have not looked xfce/xubuntu yet, both ubuntu , kubuntu save file in ~/.config/menus. have similar header info (references 'dtd menu 1.0....', format looks bit different. seems file not created until edit menu default. not sure if easier edit file, compare them , see. -ntl2009

i have dell inspiron 15r series laptop... configuration follows :- intel i5 processor 4gb of ram 1gb dedicated ati graphic processor 500 gb hdd problem compiz effects buggy... desktop cube effect... buggy in panel while rotating gets varied color... not can please ? ps :- compiz works on opengl (i assume). how can put on dedicated graphics ? i got dell 1464 500 mb 4330 ati card; rest of specs yours. using open-source drives smooth effects , video playback, apparently video card overheats (my laptop gets hot fan running @ max). installed last proprietary drives (catalyst 11.11) , heat problem solved, 3d effects (like maximizing, minimizing, etc.) choppy. got rid of tearing "tear free" option. still video playback kind of laggy , tweaked vlc little improvement. i've search during months hoping solve issue it's been way time , there's no solution far. next time, plan buy laptop vide

hello everyone, question amjawad, tried lubuntu, xubuntu,ubuntu in netbook, snappier found lubuntu, main pc (desktop) quite stable ubuntu , have no plans change in it,it work computer , cant experience anything, use netbook experience various distros, lubuntu far best suggest there 1 problem ,still have not found solution, want use libreoffice , chromium , nothing else in it, problem if put keyboard layout switcher in panel unable install more languages, installed ibus tried in threads nothing happens, option in input method menu remains greyed , doesnt allow me add more languages system language english (us). in xubuntu, plugin install can it, in ubuntu works out of box. straight forward way highly appreciated, cheers!! ____ lxkeymap application allows switch between keyboard layouts. contains easy mode showing keyboard layouts , expert mode switch more complex layouts, under preferences on menu.
