Clear up a registration problem with my license

after computer crashed dell replaced mother board, reloaded operating system & adobe software.

i received message 2 licenses taken & had 30 day free trial.

i have 1 computer, assume mother board has different serial number causing problem.

how clear 2 uses of license & clear problem?

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
