Application Configuration error

whenever try install 11.6.602 (32-bit) error box titled "host" error message: "unable load application configuration" , ok button. tried uninstalling older version of flash , have no working version of flash anywhere.

 

i have windows xp 64-bit, use ie 8.0 32-bit , firefox 19.0 32-bit.

please try installing appropriate stand alone windows installers located here:

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
