did make necessary changes in configuration.php?

from error seems have moved website linux environment (/var/www/vhosts/d****c.org/) other environment (/home/d****c/public_html/) not changed configuration.php reflect new directory structure.

alternatively try backup working site akeeba backup,
and restore on other server using akeeba backup's kickstart.php
