Import method does not work

hi there,

 

does have experience in using doc.import method pull fm file in via script? have tried settings frame not recognize file type, though normal fm binary file. can import file manually, no problem. when calling import method extendscript, frame keeps showing "unknown file type" dialog.

 

any appreciated. running against wall these freaking propvals arrays. how come stuff works going through ui not work should when trying automate things ?

never mind. error elsewhere. why can't fm give more elaborate information kinds of methods ? error messages might useful, e.g. when saving file different extension without setting right filter. oh well, we'll have learn stumbling, again , again , again , again. frustrating.
