Failed to share the project

hi, bought adobe story able share projects. when try there message "failed share project".

 

i kust received message saying payment confirmation the adobe story plus, monthly had been received.

 

is there bug or anything?

is happening specific project or multiple projects? happens if retry, same error appear again? can please share story registered email id , project name exhibiting problem sending mail @ dl-adobestory-support<at>adobe<dot>com. check , resolve problem.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
