Why is my Adobe Reader 11 going automatically to the background when i open an pdf file

hello guys,

 

we have problem @ customer. if opens pdf file programm , going automatically background.

we tried adobe reader 8 , wasn't giving problem, has workaround adobe reader 11 ?

is local or online pdf?  how opening pdf?

Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
