Invalid Token error - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i've done search on "the recent request denied because contained invalid security token. please refresh page , try again." error , can't find solution.

how happens:
- created front-end login page (using joomla login plugin) specific users can login , create articles, without accessing administrator interface
- after placing correct credentials, error shows up.

what i've tried:
- disable cache plugins
- clean browser cache
- website using proxy, has been bypassed
- website doesn't have www , non-www access. it's subdomain.domain.pt.
- folder permissions writable except configuration.php

using updated joomla! 3.5.1 php version 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.17 on apache/2.4.7 (ubuntu) server.

however, i've tested previous version of same website on server , seems work fine.

any more welcome!

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
