Comments Missing in Shared Review on Adobe.com

we hosting review on adobe.com. reviewers started posting comments yesterday. today, comments 1 reviewer posted yesterday , today before 9:47 missing. tracker says reviewer has made 60 comments, actual review pdf says has made 36 comments. thinks has made more comments tracker reports. estimates total of 100 comments. missing comments be?

 

we working on macs, using firefox access review. review created using acrobat x (10.1.6) on mac.

 

unfortunately, did not save copy hard drive. have advice getting our comments back? , avoiding problem in future?

my situation different yours: using acrobat x create pdfs framemaker on windows, , large swaths of comments disappear when imported comments common pdf file reply them all. contacted adobe support, , unable resolve problem (or understand it, frankly; people talked never seemed have heard of using framemaker , acrobat together), reverted acrobat 9, , took care of problem. have been forced upgrade acrobat 11, , don't see same problem occurring, although acrobat 11 has other issues.

i hope got assistance on issue.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
