v3.5 Random Order crippled - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

great we've got random ordering option in 3.5 - why crippled? seems apply category lists , specific blog layout menu type. why can not have available wherever there ordering option articles. dead simple hack - changing 2 lines of code in 1 file make 1 of other used orderings work random order (i override reverse alphabetical since never use it). of course doing gets overwritten on every update.
please can have available random order not crippled 1 in v3.5.1. not rocket science...

my guess it's not everywhere reason: random function quite heavy on mysql , may break website or, @ least, cause serious performance issues.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
