Why can't install latest Flash Pla. on my iMac 27" Adobe won't recognize the p-word we just created?

i created new password,   couldn't remember 1 years ago,   when first bought adobe design suite!     adobe's site , created new password,   after trying 10 times,  won't recogize ?    help!!

you need provide user id , password using log in mac machine. (not user id , password created in adobe site.)
