Trial expired while having active cloud membership


hello,

 

i notification software trials have expired. while have active cloud membership, doesn't make sense. haven't been using trials on 8 months.

bottomline, can't start programs , can't work done.

 

please advise,

sorry hear difficulties.

 

can launch adobe application manager either start menu (win) or applications folder (mac), sign in adobe id , install available product updates.

 

can license products launching in trial clicking "license software" button , signing in adobe id?
