   tried several times download new adobe flash player -- followed simple instructions letter. adobe starts download, prompted close internet explorer in order continue. close it, , doesn't continue! help!              

i'd recommend opening task manager in windows , looking entries titled iexplorer.exe in process tab.  right click each entry found , select "end task".  once of them closed, installer should continue (or can try restarting it.)

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
