Help! My premiere elements 11 freezes when I go to edit a design every time.

i got new laptop windows 8. installed photoshop elements 6 on it. freezing went ahead , upgraded 11. same thing go load design , freezes. end having shut down , load , freezes again. every other program seems working fine photoshops. appreciated.

i forgot mention have i7 processor... shouldn't running slow @ all. takes forever me click on something. that's if windows doesn't prompt me shut down or wait longer....

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
