Bend logo to path CS5.5?

hi everyone, add bottom logo (in black) curve have drawn (in black).

 

please ignore yellow lines , existing chrome 'precise formwork ltd'.

 

i need resize logo 'precise formwork ltd' (in black) match similar size chrome photo behind opacity turned down.

 

how can align top of ruler markings black path? have tried object > blend > replace spine option not selectable.

i tried object > make warp working well, have guess co-ordinates night , never perfect; ideas do?

as (mis)understand (your wishing create logo not follow 3d shape old 1 2d curved as/below black curved path shapes of tick marks, figures, , letters, adapted (including being (more) curved) fit shape), may:

 

1) create nofill/nostroke rectangle same width and  height logo , place on top of tick marks form vertical centre, may group whole thing;

2) select whole thing , in brushes flyout tick new brush, select art brush , tick proportional;

3) apply brush curved path.
