Can't get student edition verified.

i have purchased student , teacher edition of photoshop cs6 extended , photoshop lightroom 4. tried install photoshop cs6 can used while wait serial number. when installed , tried open got message saying trial had ended , did want buy it. can't licence because don't have serial number. can't serial number because everytime try adobe account after going adobe.com/go/eduverify_ap , trying log in, computer sits there thinking logging me in, won't log in. can't therefore send eligibility proof can serial number. frustrating purchased daughter use in high school assignments. please asap.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
