Thread: Visual Effects Problem

ok, i'm using ubuntu 10.04 lts , of sudden screen flickers , visual effects turn off. i've been using compiz cube thingy while , it's been working perfectly.

go menu change visual effects "none" "normal" , tells me "desktop effects cannot enabled".

have no idea causing problem know computer capable of using normal effects since i've been using them start.

also, should note thinkpad sl410.

could recent update. 1 video driver.

Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
