Captivate 6 PC created file won't play right on Mac

my colleagues pc created captivate 6 file won't play right on mac captivate 6 program. when try play it's slow no audio, reeeeeally creeping slow. colleague can play same file fine on pc, created file. want work on together, on pc , create quizzes in same project.

 

i wonder if there wrong mac captivate version. should delete 1 have on mac , install again?

hello nat,

does have resources in machine? might slow when accessing resources. otherwise should work fine b/w platforms.
