Frontend "Edit State" problem on creating articles - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello,

my scenario:

• i have added new user group "teachers" child of registered.
• i have added category "internal" , allowed "teachers" actions "create, delete, edit, edit state, edit own". calculated settings green=allowed.

problem:
when creating article in "internal" category in frontend, there no possibility change status , publish article users belonging group "teachers". after saving article unpublished. after editing article, status options shown , user can publish article.

what want:
the user can publish article during creating article.

what noticed:
when allow "teachers" action "edit state" articles on "content->articles->options->permissions" user able publish article during creatingthe article.

what don't want:
i don't want allow "teachers" action "edit state" articles.
i dont't want assign users group "publishers".

my questions:
am doing wrong?
is there reason behavior?
why possible change status during editing not during creating article?
do have solution me?

that's odd behaviour. double-check permissions inside global configuration user group. i'd recommend double-checking permissions on category level , on component level (article options).
