Thread: LightDM not working properly!

so instaled lightdm onto 2d version of ubuntu.

can background single solid color, when try image, instead turns black bunch of tiny white dots on damn place.

i'm highly confused , love help!

btw, dots coded lightdm , you'll have no matter background image use.
also, black screen means couldn't find background image wanted use.. either due incorrect naming or incorrect file path (folder).
