Adobe can not find installed program to verify serial number.
i download , install trial version of c6.
i tell have serial number.
it comes with:
serial number provided valid, qualifying product not found on computer.
i have down loaded , installed 3 time.
same message each time. cs6, acrobat xi pro
if purchased upgrade of older version , not have older version of software installed, need have serial number older version in order thru activation processing upgrade.
if not have older version, either purchased upgrade version without qualitifying it, or there awry purrchase since appears software considering upgrade. if these more along lines of situation, recommend contacting adobe support directly using chat or telephone.
