Can't install elements 11 after downloading upgrade. Any ideas?

i downloaded elements 11 , when through install.  it's install message must close elementsautoanalyzer , dynamiclinkmanager.  when cancel subsequently following error:

 

exit code: 24

i'm running on mac os10.8

 

any suggestions on how fix error?

go applications>utilities>activity monitor , should able find , kill processes. try installing again.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
