I am unable to log in to my account from Photoshop Elements 10.

when try log in asks me update account info birthdate , urk nickname photoshop.  when provide info error message says  "failure  error occurede , changes not saved"  advise appreciated.

i having similar problem.  have photoshop elements 10.0 , when attempt sign in adobe id, freezes , continuously says "signing in" without signing in.  doesn't redirect anywhere , nothing happens, freezes.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
