ok got photo, the cartoon tim.120208-ep30-1800.jpg

it doesnt hd pretty hd. want select people heads , stuff move them around , stuff. far know can't, have on editing program , select stuff , leave no ground. test out selected guy who's eating sandwich, selected head, mouth, , left eye. after  first time when got on selections head. im kind of thinking of layers tell me if i'm correct here : select new layer , upload mouth/eye each 1 seperate. select eye, clicking on leyer eye 1 , have now. ok thats it. how make little scene out of this?

oh please help

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
