Migrating from Custom CMS - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have custom designed cms on site (websitebeaver.com), , wondering if has tips on how migrate joomla. complexity of each custom developed content management system differ. wondering if has simple 1 mine , has experience in transitioning joomla. sorry if vague/broad of question. figured i'd ask on here instead of stack overflow, since i'd imagine can more here. hope posted in correct subforum.

hi, maybe below tips can information migrating joomla platform.

1. important thing content, how many contents in existing website, , how migrate contents fastly in joomla cms. if have not alot of contents, think can manually copy paste existing website joomla content/article. if have alot of contents can migrating extensions, example can migrating using extensions html 2 article https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/html-2-articles.

2. template design second thing, can pick template design similar existing website or maybe can pick new template design.

3. based on link, think pretty easy migrating joomla cms.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi -- after after loading files of joomla 3.5 program, went site , tried open complete installation. got message: fatal error: require_once(): failed opening required '/homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/libraries/import.legacy.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5.5') in /homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/includes/framework.php on line 15 ran fpa program. hope way make available here. http://gnustories.org/fpa-en.php winku your domain name seems not working - not showing fpa report php page holding page generated isp (1 & 1) the easier way generate report fpa script , copy reply of thread (that intended way done). suggest review instructions on generating report makes format suitable forum.
