Not possible to update Muse

i'm working muse 2. when starting muse upgrade hint appears. teh upgrade doesn't work. after downloading has finished notice "installation file corrupt appears. strange thing abobe application manager show muse uptodate. abhishek asked me post here , adviced following:

"one solution might uninstall current version , download latest adobe.com/go/muse_latest_win or adobe.com/go/muse_latest_mac. recommend first reporting new issue on support forum in case support staff have better solution."

does have advice?

ok, have deinstalled muse , reinstalled vs application manager (to 4.0.557) vs doesn't seem top actuel. though application manager says muse shows notive there newer vs.

Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
