Problem with LR4 Smart Collections

i have set set of smart collections aid in work flow. how wish work. problem photos not move down thur workflow. want drag newly imported photos to  workflow collection set begin process. 

 

000 workflow (collection set)

     100 pick flag [p] [x] -    condition:    pick flag   is   flagged

 

     200 metadata -               condition:     pick flagged flagged

                                                                      label color  is  red

                                                                      metadata status unknown

 

     300 star rating              condition:      rating  is  2 or more stars

 

     400 keywording            condition:      picked flag  flagged

                                                                      label color red

                                                                      rating  2 or more stars

                                                                      keywords  are  empty

 

     500 start rework          condition:      keywords aren't empty

                                                                       lable   is   green

                                                                       has adjustments  is  false

 

     600 finished rework   condition:        has adjustment  is  true

                                                                        label color  is  blue

 

     700 trash                         condition:       pick flag   is  reject

i took time list hope can understand madness.

have seen workflow smart collections? need add collection, drag images it, , include collection name 1 of criteria in each of smart collections.
