Speex codec in Flash builder 4.6

if 1 using adobe flash builder 4.6, not yet expert in, kindly me specify where speex codec on mic(microphone) object encoding , decoding exactly, implementing chatting system, published features of mic object on adobe flash on website "http://help.adobe.com/en_us/flashplatform/reference/actionscript/3/flash/media/microphone. html#encodequality", action script code is" mic1.codec = soundcodec.speex" ;no obvious specification done specify encoding or decoding on code, thank recommendations , in concern in advance.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi -- after after loading files of joomla 3.5 program, went site , tried open complete installation. got message: fatal error: require_once(): failed opening required '/homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/libraries/import.legacy.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5.5') in /homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/includes/framework.php on line 15 ran fpa program. hope way make available here. http://gnustories.org/fpa-en.php winku your domain name seems not working - not showing fpa report php page holding page generated isp (1 & 1) the easier way generate report fpa script , copy reply of thread (that intended way done). suggest review instructions on generating report makes format suitable forum.
