hi, friend has sony vaio vgn-fe770g helped him breath new life convincing him ubuntu better windows xp.

working great except webcam. i've tried downloading , running r5u87x still says no devices found... ideas?

have him install guvcview
in terminal type dmesg click inter
after stops type lsusb click enter
try cam in guvcview
if lap top click fn+f4 keys if has fn key
turns cam on
