what try media form field open with:




- user specific directory. has subfolders in should allowed open. 1 shouldn't able navigate above own directory

- add filter directory files disclude files starting "thumb_"

- remove file upload , image url form modal window




i trying create layout override form field within com_media adjusting url from:

code: select all

index.php?option=com_media&view=images&tmpl=component

to:

code: select all

index.php?option=com_media&view=images&layout=custom&tmpl=component

in copy of media form field layout (made custom field mediacustom , included in form.xml).




any thoughts how achieve above build in media manager?

when place default.php in com_media override path of frontend template, output. mean wouldn't component specific output, need.
