The video downloading is extremely slow after downloading Flash Player Active X (IE) and FP Plug-in

i have windows 7 on 64-bit operating system, , have firefox 19 , internet explorer 8. tried installing flash player 11.6.602.171 adobe website , got error message right @ 47% download "can not contact reliable source." tried uninstalling whatever flash player had, continued same error message @ 47% "can not contact reliable source." finally, following advice found in link below under "program bar hangs during download," downloaded flash player activex (internet explorer) , flash player plug-in (all other browsers). appeared both downloads successful , verified installation complete in link below under "verify installation complete." says have flash player 11.6.602.171. issue whenever watch videos use flash player, downloading of videos extremely slow.  example, 45 second youtube video might take 30 minutes watch. have tried (from general info, download issues, installation issues, post-installation issues) in adobe installation problem page http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html problem has not improved. can please me? appreciated. thanks!

this sounds having network issue.  if give me couple of example url's i'd happy try them you.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi -- after after loading files of joomla 3.5 program, went site , tried open complete installation. got message: fatal error: require_once(): failed opening required '/homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/libraries/import.legacy.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5.5') in /homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/includes/framework.php on line 15 ran fpa program. hope way make available here. http://gnustories.org/fpa-en.php winku your domain name seems not working - not showing fpa report php page holding page generated isp (1 & 1) the easier way generate report fpa script , copy reply of thread (that intended way done). suggest review instructions on generating report makes format suitable forum.
