When trying to open web Site I get "Insert command denied...SQL..." - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have web site build on joomla 2.5 in called safe mode of 1and1 hosting provider. when try open web site i'm getting error message: "insert command denied user 'dbo465097876'@'212.227.18.14' table 'a7hpcgedswjos_session' sql=insert `a7hpcgedswjos_session` (`session_id`, `client_id`, `time`) values ('3110d9d455ce91430c5083327e57d339', 0, '1469803024')".
the same happens when accessing joomla admin panel.
do know happend , how cope it?
1and1 support did nothing couple of days. can do?

move better host?

apparently can switch installation on 'free mode' through 1and1 control panel, try that.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
