Admin problems may be due to Uncaught ReferenceError: MooTools not defined - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i've been experiencing odd behaviour extensions in admin lately , have had lot of trouble trying solve problems. site has run until recently, , don't recall making changes extensions (perhaps updates).
for example trying in jce control panel brings 'loading' graphic, , nothing ever loads; or trying add attachment acymailing newsletter not bring pop-up, brings page not work.
i don't know if helps these errors when in jce admin:

failed load resource: net::err_connection_reset
mootools-more.js:13 uncaught referenceerror: mootools not defined(anonymous function) @ mootools-more.js:13
modal.js:7 uncaught referenceerror: hash not defined(anonymous function) @ modal.js:7
index.php?option=com_jce&view=config:130 uncaught typeerror: cannot read property 'initialize' of undefined(anonymous function) @ index.php?option=com_jce&view=config:130j @ jquery.min.js:2k.firewith @ jquery.min.js:2m.extend.ready @ jquery.min.js:2j @ jquery.min.js:2

there may wayward extension doing this, don't know. if has ideas of how track down odd behaviour, or knows may causing it, i'd eternally grateful.
i've spent days on no avail.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi -- after after loading files of joomla 3.5 program, went site , tried open complete installation. got message: fatal error: require_once(): failed opening required '/homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/libraries/import.legacy.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5.5') in /homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/includes/framework.php on line 15 ran fpa program. hope way make available here. http://gnustories.org/fpa-en.php winku your domain name seems not working - not showing fpa report php page holding page generated isp (1 & 1) the easier way generate report fpa script , copy reply of thread (that intended way done). suggest review instructions on generating report makes format suitable forum.
