Encore CS6 missing Library files

hello freaks.

 

i have in recent years been cs5 production premium installed , decided yesterday upgrade cs6. bought, downloaded , installed production premium. installed package adobe premier pro cs6 additional readme files plus content (menus, buttons , backgrounds) adobe encore cs6.

 

in encore cs6 created groups corporate, entertainment, general, technology, travel , wedding, there appear no menus, buttons or backgrounds when clicked.

 

i've looked in respective folders under adobe encore cs6/library/, contain no psd files, 2 m2vloc files of 10-20 kb each.

 

when browse corresponding folders in old cs5, there large amount of psd files menus, buttons , backgrounds in these folders, not in cs6 installation.

i hope can me solution can move on.

nb: although looks so, i'm not new in forum, have been here last 10 years. however, adobe's staff has (at request) deleted original profile, showed e-mail address instead of username/nickname. did today again, have once again created new temporary profile until adobe gets solved problem.

step 1: follow instruction in top part: "solution: install cs6 functional content"

 

this install basic library. if have cs5.5 installed, backup encore library there; deleted install.

 

step 2: follow instructions @ bottom of link above: "additional solution: install resource central library content"

 

i noticed link topic present months @ top of forum no longer there.
