Need help with Global Configurations - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i want access global configuration page put website down. however, every time visit page takes me blank page has of same features page itself, doesn't give me option save changes. on appreciated. thanks.

open configuration.php file , change following line:

code: select all

public $offline = '0';

to:

code: select all

public $offline = '1';
