Adobe Acrobat XI Standard serial number issue

hi, got adobe acrobat xi standard serial number issue, please help!

after installed adobe acrobat xi standard, windws pops , let me input serial number, can't find right version me. old version can fond. can't use it. please help!

you need contact adobe support either chat or via phone when have serial number , activation issues.
