Distortion on edges of still image

hi there,

 

in cs6 i'm having problems still image (tiff) set against black background. looks artifacts/distortion/white pulsations present on left edge of image. know causing or solution might be? fyi scale keyrframed mild zoom effect.

Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
