For Windows 8: install PSE10 with Windows or Windows 7 instructions?

i have windows 8. pse10  instructions give option windows (start installation cd # 1) , windows 7 64 bit (start installation cd #2). inadvertendly went cd #1. since windows 8 64 bit, should go , uninstal pse10 , reinstall windwos 7 64 bit instructions?

if pse10 working well, leave alone.

 

if there's problem speed big issue, uninstall , retry 64 bit pse.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
