Tell people not to use edge 1.5

hi elaine,

 

we have case since 2 weeks. have spent 2 hours on phone twice colleagues trying sort out, no luck. has been lifted higher level of support - after 3 push calls - not call back. (the case still open , un-answered)

it has gone bad faced leaving edge animate altogether.

but today restored backup before upgrade 1.5 , works again.

 

we doing extreme animations opera , ballets - using pictures best photographers in world - 3 weeks have not been able publish out customers require.

 

shame on you.....

 

we mac people - using latest versions of os x (10.8.3) - more serious vista application.

 

please bite bullet , give alternative to  remove 1.5 if not work.

thanks posting i'm starting project using version of edge animate 1.0

 

what problems 1.5? planning on upgrading tonight guess wait.
