Thread: Is there a way to get new updates in 10.10?


hi guys. in netbook (1gb ram, intel atom) Ι using 1 year 10.10 (maverick) no problem. don't want upgrade 3 reasons:

> 1. each time i've upgraded things didn't updated correctly , did clean install.

> 2. it's netbook , don't want top-end or high resources ui unity/gnome3

> 3. maverick gnome2

way have updated kernel in 10.10 , after community support? can make safe/secure , find way updates? don't use service, have browsing , writing code

(i can make browsers update manual)

maverick supported until april 2012 updates canonical.
believe you'll able update kernel well.
