Thread: Ununtu Repositories for 11.10 PPC

hello,

trying install of ubuntu 11.10 power pc cd created off .iso file. did topic search nothing seems come up... or nothing in "plain english" novice myself. i'm looking learn here.

have hit "wall" of sort , can't seem find current post deal this?

know current repositories ubuntu 11.10 can set system download , update? if share "sudo" commands or command line commands appreciate it.

there place, website updates changes in urls these repositories when old ones go bad or don't exist anymore?

p.s. -- sorry, that's ubuntu repositories, not ununtu! lol!

2nd p.s. -- btw- looking strictly ubuntu under ubuntu name. not variant. don't know enough make "lubuntu" or "xubuntu", etc. work ubuntu. (in mind different versions- suggests me code different - wrong until know more it...) "keep simple" figure. admit again, i'm total novice , trying learn stuff. thx.

was there problems install? list of repositories in /etc/apt/sources.list, , don't understand wall talking about. can explain in plain english problem is.
