Timeline disaapears on one slide in CP5

a slide in middle of project timeline has disappeared.  timeline side has side listing different elements on slide still there.  i've tried turning timeline off on.  i've slide both scroll bars around see if moved.  slides on both sides of 1 slide have full timeline.  when play slide can hear narration , see expected can't change because can't fool timeline.

any suggestions appreciated.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
