Joomla 3.6 Installation on Windows 2012,IIS8.5 and Remote MSSQL 2012 database - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello ,

i'm trying install joomla 3.6 on windows 2012 server,iis8.5 , remote database mssql 2012.
i'm getting error when trying setup database connection:

could not connect database. connector returned number: database sqlsrv_connect failed

i use php 7.0.10 , have installed drivers sql server.iis showoing phpinfo page,so no issue here.
can connect database server machine it's not firewall issue. have tried using different drivers,too i'm still getting same error.

if have suggestions, please let me know.

Filter Latest News By Tag? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

is possible filter latest news module (or module can output articles ordered date) tag? for example, let's have blog covering events @ various venues enter name of specific venue in 'tag' field. output latest articles relating specific venue (ie: tag) on page venue? i've never used tag system before , assumed that's for, doesn't seem options this. probably review extensions such "related item tag" ( https://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/news-display/articles-display/related-item-by-tag ) , "fj related articles plus" ( https://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/news-display/articles-display/fj-related-articles-plus ).
