Joomla 3.6 Installation on Windows 2012,IIS8.5 and Remote MSSQL 2012 database - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello ,

i'm trying install joomla 3.6 on windows 2012 server,iis8.5 , remote database mssql 2012.
i'm getting error when trying setup database connection:

could not connect database. connector returned number: database sqlsrv_connect failed

i use php 7.0.10 , have installed drivers sql server.iis showoing phpinfo page,so no issue here.
can connect database server machine it's not firewall issue. have tried using different drivers,too i'm still getting same error.

if have suggestions, please let me know.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
